PetXtra is a rewards scheme with a difference.
Most loyalty programs limit what you can buy with your reward points to a pre-determined group of items, insist that you spend a certain amount of money before you can redeem them, or only update your account a couple of weeks after items have been despatched. But with PetXtra you can spend your reward points on what you like, when you like. You can redeem them for regular treats, or you can save them up for something special.
And with a fantastic 5% return, PetXtra is also one of the most generous rewards schemes you will ever find.
Every time you shop with us, we will give you 1 point for each £1 you
spend. Every item on the website has a points value, which you can find underneath the PetXtra icon, as per the example on the right. Once you’ve accumulated enough points for the item you want, you just let us know and we’ll send it to you free of charge – it’s that simple!
Redeeming your points is easy. When you make a purchase there is a request box at the checkout, into which you simply enter the name of the free item you’d like. Once we've checked that you have enough PetXtra points, we'll despatch the free item along with the rest of your order.
